POSTING VIDEOS

How much does it cost to post a video on Grade A TV?
Zero.  Nada.  Zilch.

What kind of videos can I post?
Grade A TV is dedicated to the foodservice industry, so only videos that foodservice manufacturers, brokers, distributors, trade media or others would be interested in.  We review every video before it goes live.

How long does it take to have my video reviewed?
Often it takes just a few hours… but it may take as long as 48 hours depending on the volume of videos we’re receiving.               

How will people find my videos on Grade A TV?
Visitors can find your videos at the GATV site in two ways: 

• Videos for a particular brand are automatically organized in one spot.  So, they can select your brand name from the home page and surf through all available videos from your company. 
• More likely, visitors will perform a search for a product or product category from the home page and find your information in the search results.

Are all videos publicly viewable?
All free videos are publicly viewable.  For a small fee, we can set up “semi-private” and “private” videos so you can control who sees your videos.  Contact us for details

How long will my videos be posted?
All videos are automatically posted for one year.  You’ll be notified annually by email to verify if you want to continue posting the video.

POSTING DOWNLOADABLE FILES WITH VIDEO

Can I include downloadable files alongside our video?
Absolutely… that’s a major feature that separates Grade A TV from other video sharing websites.  Add presentations, sell sheets, rebate forms, photos, logos or any other digital file can be posted for download next to your video.  You can post up to three downloadable files and include two web addresses with each video for a small fee.   Contact us for details

What file formats can I make available for download?
Any standard digital formats work fine including downloading the video itself.  PDF, DOC, PPT, XLS, JPG, GIF, WMV, MP4 and MPG to name just a few!

How long will the downloadable files be posted?
Downloadable files are automatically posted for one year.  However, you can set a schedule to automatically remove a file on a certain date (this is good for rebates and other time-sensitive materials).  Contact us for details

How do I submit files that I want to add with my video?
Whatever way is easiest for you… email, our upload link or send us a disk.  We take it from there and handle all the set up for one small fee.

How does the training application work?
The app was designed to be a fast and simple online system to train folks on products, services and programs.  The easiest way to explain it is to experience the app itself… click here for a demo!

Can I use my videos from Grade A TV with the application?
Absolutely… no need to reload anything.  Plus, we set everything up for you.  There’s nothing to learn.

Can I manage my own training activities, or does Grade A TV have to set things up?
Whatever floats your boat.  We can provide you access to set up your own training activities… or have us set things up.  You save a little money by doing it yourself.  Contact us for details

SHARING AND USAGE RIGHTS

How can others use my videos and other content?
There are two standard ways others can use your content:

• Use the “share” buttons at the top of each video.  These buttons enable easy posting to LinkedIn, FaceBook and Twitter.  You also can email the video directly from these buttons.
   
• Others can copy and paste the “embed” code into their website or blog and the video will automatically appear and stream from Grade A TV.

Can I stop competitors or others from using or downloading my videos?
No, not with free uploaded videos... but, hey, don’t worry about the 5% who might be unsavory… the other 95% (a.k.a. potential customers!) can benefit from your videos!

BRANDING YOUR GRADE A TV CHANNEL

Can you customize a Grade A TV channel that only displays my videos with my branding?
You betcha.  And we will give you three options on how others can view your channel:

• Link to it as your primary video area from Grade A TV.
• Hide it from others visiting Grade A TV… but give you a special web address you can distribute the address to others as you see fit.
• Link it to a special website address that either you or we set up for you.

Can you produce my video if I don’t have one?

Can you travel to our location to shoot videos?
Yes we can... and do this frequently.  We’ll scope out the project and provide you an estimate for travel and other costs.  These costs are above are regular rates.   We try to keep these extra costs to a minimum.  We also can reduce the charges significantly if you produce five or more videos in one setting.

What other ways can I or others use my video?
The possibilities are nearly endless — and we can help develop an entire program for you based on your business objectives.  But here are a few ideas to get you started...

• Train your internal sales reps and/or brokers.
• Make videos available to your distributor partners for their marketing purposes out to operators.
• Build a direct marketing campaign to  intrigue operators to order a sample.
• Link to an online advertising campaign.
